Step 1 – First of all our cleaners need to inspect and analysis your rugs to know its construction and composition. Rugs can be made from different fibers such as silk, cotton, synthetic, or wool and each fiber has certain characteristics and thus requires a different cleaning treatment. Any stains, discoloration, and odours are also inspected and noticed at this stage.
Step 2 – We first use a duster machine before domestic vacuum cleaners to ensure any dirt residing deep in the backing gets out and all the dirt from the pile gets vibrated out. It is important to remove these particles properly so that the rug pile can be raised properly. This further enhances the possibility of fiber cleaning in a much better way.
Step 3 – At this stage, our cleaners perform the color fasting test to check the dyes of your rugs. Also, they apply our special stain removal solution to all the stains, even to those that remain hidden for the naked eyes. Some stains sink deep into the rug fiber and tough to remove but our experienced cleaners are more stubborn than any stain on your rug.
Step 4 – We evenly apply the cleaning solution throughout the rug and fringes. We use only eco-friendly solutions so that fiber, color, and dye of the rug remain intact.
Step 5 – After a pre-spray of the cleaning solution, our cleaners will apply rotary shampoo by hand that has a mild buffing action on the fiber of the rug and is helpful in removing finer dirt particles.
Step 6 – Once your rug has been shampooed properly, our cleaners use the latest rinsing machines consisting soft jets of water that washes away the cleaning solution used in the previous step. And then the ringer process is used to suck out all the water, shampoo solution along with the left over moisture from the rug.
Step 7 – The last step of rug cleaning is to dry and de-humidify the rugs that can take from a few hours to few days as per the composition of the rug. We have exceptional moisture meters to check that no moisture content is left on your rugs before they leave our drying room. We never rush things in any of these stages to achieve satisfactory results.
